Senior Manager/Supervisor

As Controller and IT Manager, they are looking for someone who is proactive, ethical, and analytical to lead their team. You will drive financial excellence, oversee IT operations, and play a vital role in shaping our business strategy and growth.
Role:
- Financial Leadership: Manage cash flow, treasury, accounting, and HR functions to ensure financial stability and compliance.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate, insightful financial reports and analysis to guide decision-making.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop annual budgets and forecasts; monitor performance and recommend improvements.
- Tax & Compliance Coordination: Collaborate with external firms for tax planning, filings, and regulatory compliance.
- IT Program Management: Oversee IT infrastructure and strategy, partnering with managed service providers and internal teams.
- Vendor & Provider Management: Select and manage professional service partners (accounting, employee benefits, insurance).
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (MBA/CPA preferred).
- Experience: Proven track record as a Controller or senior financial manager, ideally in a small or mid-size business.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with financial software/ERP systems (Infor VISUAL preferred); experience managing Windows-based networks with MSPs.
- Personal Attributes: High ethical standards, sound judgment, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate with tact and diplomacy.
