Role:

• Lead the Accounting Team: Oversee all accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Drive Financial Strategy: Prepare financial statements, manage budgets, analyze business performance, and guide fiscal efficiency.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain strong internal controls, uphold professional standards, and work with auditors and tax professionals.
• Optimize Processes: Utilize technology to automate reporting and enhance executive decision-making.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with HR, operations, and external partners to maximize financial return and minimize risk.

Requirements:

• CPA Certified (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (Master’s preferred)
• 7–10 years progressive accounting experience, with 3+ years in leadership
• Expertise in GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, financial reporting
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in manufacturing/food processing preferred
